3. Disclaimer

Our coaching services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health conditions. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified healthcare professional immediately.

Results from coaching vary from person to person. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from our services.

4. Booking and Payment

  • All sessions must be booked in advance through our designated booking process.
  • Payment is required prior to or at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Fees for services are as communicated at the time of booking and are subject to change.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before a scheduled session may be rescheduled at no additional charge.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session are non-refundable.
  • No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
  • Refunds for programs and packages are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential. We will not disclose your personal information or session content to third parties except:

  • With your explicit written consent
  • When required by law
  • If there is a risk of harm to yourself or others

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, frameworks, and materials — is the intellectual property of Jyoti Sharma and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
